Why we're doing this
We kept getting the same email: "do you ship to the US?" The honest answer was that our checkout could take the order but everything on the site spoke to Australian buyers, and prices were in AUD, which made people hesitate. That's a bad reason to lose a sale, so we fixed it.
We're an independent retailer, not a marketplace reseller. The guides on this site come from actually opening, flashing and troubleshooting these devices — that doesn't change based on which country you're ordering from.

A straight word on customs and delivery
Two things we'd rather say up front than have you discover later.
Customs. International orders may attract import duty set by your own country. We don't collect it, we can't predict it, and we won't undervalue a parcel or mark it as a gift to dodge it — that's illegal in most places and risks your parcel being seized.
Delivery time. Every order ships with tracking and you'll get the number by email. We'd rather give you a tracking link than a delivery promise we can't guarantee across every lane. If something looks stuck, email us with your order number and chasing the carrier becomes our problem, not yours.
