Prices switch automatically based on where you are, so US visitors see US dollars and Canadian visitors see Canadian dollars. No surprise conversion at the last step.
Shipping is free wherever you are. These are the two that travel most.
How long does delivery take?
Rather than quote a marketing number, here is what our actual delivery records show:
- Dispatch: orders are typically handed to the carrier within 1–2 days.
- Australia: recent tracked orders have typically arrived 7–10 days after ordering.
- United States: early US orders have arrived in roughly 9–14 days. As more US orders ship, we'll tighten this estimate.
- Other destinations: varies by lane; your tracking number tells the real story.
These are medians from real orders, not promises — individual parcels can be faster or slower. Once your order is dispatched you receive a tracking number by email, so you can follow it the whole way rather than guess.
If your order has not arrived in a reasonable window, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier — that is our job, not yours.
If it arrives faulty, that is our problem
These handhelds ship direct from our supplier, which is how the price stays where it is — but it also means we cannot put hands on every unit first, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we do instead: if a console arrives dead, damaged or not as described, send us your order number and we replace or refund it, with return postage at our cost, inside the 30-day guarantee.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are set by your own customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. We do not collect them at checkout and we cannot predict them. Most retro handhelds sit under common duty-free thresholds, but rules vary by country and change without notice — check your local threshold if you want certainty before ordering.
We will not undervalue a parcel or mark an order as a gift. Declaring goods incorrectly is illegal in most jurisdictions and can get your parcel seized, which helps nobody.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. You will get the number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned, and you can follow it any time on our order tracking page. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan — that is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Returns, wherever you are
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to every country we ship to, not just Australia. If the device is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out. Full terms are in our refund policy.
Buying from the United States or Canada?
Everything works exactly as it does for local customers: free shipping, prices in your own currency, the same 30-day guarantee and the same support. The only thing to keep in mind is the customs note above.
