Prices switch automatically based on where you are, so US visitors see US dollars and Canadian visitors see Canadian dollars. No surprise conversion at the last step.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping lane, and we would rather set a realistic expectation than a flattering one. Once your order is dispatched you receive a tracking number by email, so you can follow it the whole way rather than guess.
If your order has not arrived in a reasonable window, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier — that is our job, not yours.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are set by your own customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. We do not collect them at checkout and we cannot predict them. Most retro handhelds sit under common duty-free thresholds, but rules vary by country and change without notice — check your local threshold if you want certainty before ordering.
We will not undervalue a parcel or mark an order as a gift. Declaring goods incorrectly is illegal in most jurisdictions and can get your parcel seized, which helps nobody.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. You will get the number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned, and you can follow it any time on our order tracking page. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan — that is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Returns, wherever you are
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to every country we ship to, not just Australia. If the device is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out. Full terms are in our refund policy.
